1. Check whether the three-phase electricity of the motor is balanced

(1) If the three-phase voltage of the motor is unbalanced, then check whether the three-phase voltage at the output end of the Mitsubishi inverter is balanced.

(2) If the three-phase voltage of the Mitsubishi inverter is also unbalanced, the problem is inside the Mitsubishi inverter, and the inverter module and its driving part of the Mitsubishi inverter should be checked.

(3) If the voltage is balanced at the output end of the Mitsubishi inverter, the problem lies in the line between the Mitsubishi inverter and the motor, and the screws at all terminals should be checked to see if they have been tightened.

(4) If there is a toucher or other electrical appliance between the inverter and the motor, check whether the terminals of the electrical appliance are tightened and whether the touch condition of the contact is outstanding.

(5) If the three-phase voltage of the motor is balanced, the working frequency of tripping should be understood;

(6) If the working frequency is low and there is no vector control (or the inverter is not vector controlled), the U/F ratio will be reduced first;

(7) If the load can still be driven after dropping, it means that the original preset U/F ratio is too high, and the peak value of the excitation current is large, and the current can be reduced by decreasing the U/F ratio;

(8) If the load cannot be carried after the drop, the capacity of the inverter should be increased;

If you can't find the cause through the above checks, you should check whether it is a malfunction.

The method of judging is that the Mitsubishi inverter in the case of light load or no load, use the ammeter to measure the output current of the Mitsubishi inverter, and compare it with the operating current value displayed on the display screen.

2. Check whether the motor is overheated

(1) If the temperature of the motor is not high, the first thing to check is whether the electronic thermal maintenance function of the inverter is preset reasonably.

(2) If there is still room for Mitsubishi inverters, the preset value should be relaxed;

(3) If the allowable current of the Mitsubishi inverter has no margin and can not be relaxed, and according to the on-site process requirements, the overload is a normal overload, which means that the selection of the Mitsubishi inverter is inappropriate, and the capacity of the Mitsubishi inverter should be increased and the larger Mitsubishi inverter should be replaced.
