Mimic Screen 4.0
The new multi-function display is much more than just a visualization: the digital signal is pre-processed in a loose way and transmitted to a higher-level controller if necessary. This smart function makes it ideal for Industry 4.0 applications.
Multi-function imitation value display screen
The different process parameters of the sensor with analog output and the transmitter with standard signal output can be visualized via the intelligent display. With a freely adjustable scale factor, the input signal can be converted and expressed as a physical value (e.g. pressure, temperature, or volumetric flow). For example, if a pressure transmitter is used, the capacity of the sink can be displayed. It is also possible to offset the input signals from each other, e.g. for differential pressure measurements.
Friendly operation
All settings can be made via a modern resistive contact screen interface. The display automatically changes from the display to the parameter setting. All parameters are displayed on the screen in clear text, making it easy and intuitive to use. Maintenance against improper operations is provided by the password.
Constraint value monitoring
You can define up to 4 constraint values. If a set constraint is not reached or exceeded, up to four transistor outputs can be switched. The status of the output is visible and can be indicated in red, yellow, or green, depending on the process value.

What are the characteristics of smart sensors?
1. High precision and high quality
Assuming that the data information collected by the sensor makes a mistake, it is equivalent to making a mistake from the source, and the transmission, analysis and use of all the data behind it are meaningless, so the accuracy and quality of the sensor are guaranteed.
