How the color mark sensor works

The contrast sensor is actually a reverse mount, the light source is perpendicular to the target object device, and the bearer is biased towards the device at an acute angle to the object, allowing it to detect only the scattered light from the target object, and then preventing the sensor from directly absorbing the reflected light, and can make the beam very narrowly focused. Both incandescent and monochromatic light sources can be used for color mark detection.

How to use the color mark sensor

1. There are 4 wires for the outgoing wires of the wiring sensor, during which the red or brown wire is connected to the positive power supply, and the black wire is connected to the negative power supply; The green or blue line is the dark output line, and the white or yellow line is the bright output line. Short-circuits or incorrect connections are not allowed on each line.

2. The device sensor is straight, and the device is above the object to be detected. The sensor should have a distance of 5mm between the top and bottom of the sensor.

3. Sensitivity adjustment: The first thing to adjust is to adjust the upper and lower positions of the sensor to make the spot clear and stop; Then align the spot at the junction of the color scale and the base color, so that half of the spot falls on the color scale and the other half falls on the base color; Look at the indicator light, if the green light is on, the sensitivity knob will be adjusted in reverse direction to "-". Stop when the two lights have just changed the indication status.

4. The width of the color code The width of the color code can be obtained by the following formula. Under normal circumstances, the width of the color code is required to be greater than 2mm. B》v×t+d: B-color code width, mm; v——color mark moving speed, m/s; t - total echo time, ms; d - the scale when it is just able to resolve, mm.

5. The selection of the color code color is very serious, and the contrast with the background color is very large, so as to ensure the reliability of the detection.

6. The selection of the detection light source is mainly recognized according to the color mark and background color.
