When transferring a Kawasaki robot to its device, the following precautions must be strictly observed.

1. When using a crane or forklift to transfer the robot, the robot body must not be manually supported.

2. During the transfer, never climb on the robot or stand under the robot that is lifted.

3. Before starting the device, please disconnect the controller power supply and the main power supply. Set up a "viewing and protecting" catch-up sign, lock the main power switch or hang a sign to prevent workers or others from accidentally turning on the power supply, and prevent unpredictable electric shock and other accidents.

4. When starting the robot, you must turn on the motor power supply and adjust the robot's arm to the specified posture after acknowledging whether the device is abnormal. After adjusting the robot to the specified posture, disconnect the controller power supply and the main power supply again, determine the main power switch, hang the "viewing and protecting" sign, and then start the operation.
