1. Use the general motor as a frequency conversion motor

Because the general motor cooling fan is connected with the rotating shaft, when the speed is regulated by the inverter, the speed is unstable, and the additional speed of the motor cannot be reached, and the cooling fan cannot play a normal role, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the motor; In addition, the general motor is not designed according to the requirements of frequency conversion, so that the motor is heated or incinerated .

2. The inverter motor and the inverter are directly connected together without debugging

The two most commonly used methods of inverter control motor are vector control and V/F curve control, each control method must first set the type of motor (synchronous, asynchronous, with or without encoder), additional power of the motor, additional voltage, additional current, speed or number of poles, additional frequency, maximum operating frequency, acceleration and deceleration time of motor start-up stop, maintenance method of inverter-controlled motor, maintenance share coefficient, carrier frequency, etc., all of which are indispensable. Once these parameters are set, you can choose whether you want to control them vector or V/F. When selecting vector control, the motor should be paired with the inverter with no-load dynamic self-learning or static self-learning with load, and the accuracy of vector control can be exerted through the cooperation between the motor and the inverter after self-learning; When selecting V/F control, there is no need to learn by itself, and the parameters are adjusted and directly energized.

3. The running direction of the inverter motor fan is inconsistent with the rotation direction indicated on the fan

The fan cannot play a role, causing the heat dissipation of the motor to deteriorate, and the heat generated by the motor cannot be released, causing the motor to heat up or incinerate.

4. 2 and 3 of the above three situations occur the most
