Therefore, we need to pay attention to all aspects when using the sensor to ensure the normal use of the sensor. Today, we will focus on the matters we should pay attention to in the application of linear displacement sensors.
1. The problem of small power supply capacity of linear displacement sensor
The lack of power supply capacity will cause the following conditions: the movement of the melt will change the appearance of the clamping electronic ruler and have fluctuations, or the movement of the clamping will cause the appearance of the injection electronic ruler to fluctuate, resulting in a large measurement error. This situation is easier to present if the driving power supply of the solenoid valve is shared with the power supply of the linear displacement sensor.
2. What are the requirements for the alignment, parallelism and viewpoint of the linear displacement sensor?
The installation of a linear displacement sensor requires a high degree of alignment of the sensor, but the parallelism can be promised to be ±0.5mm, and the viewpoint can be ±12°. However, if the parallelism error and viewpoint error are both large, the number jumps will appear. When this happens, it is necessary to adjust the parallelism and viewpoint.
3. The problem of wiring error of linear displacement sensor
The three wires of the linear displacement sensor cannot be connected incorrectly, and the power line and output line cannot be replaced. 4. The problem of frequency modulation disturbance and electrostatic disturbance
Both FM and electrostatic disturbance may make the display of the electronic ruler jump digitally. Therefore, the signal line of the electronic ruler and the strong current line of the equipment should be separated from the trunking. It is necessary for the electronic ruler to be grounded mandatorically. The signal line needs to use a shielded wire, and a section of the electrical box should be grounded with the shielded wire. If there is a high-frequency disturbance, the voltage measurement of the multimeter will appear normal, but the displayed number will be non-stop; In the case of electrostatic disturbance, the situation is the same as that of high-frequency disturbance. To prove whether it is static disturbance, you only need to use a length of power cord to short connect the cover screw of the electronic ruler with some metal on the machine, and the static disturbance will be eliminated immediately after a short connection. However, if you want to eliminate the high-frequency disturbance, it is difficult to use the above method, you can try to pause the high-frequency disturbance source to see if the results will be better, so as to judge whether it is a problem of high-frequency disturbance.
5. The data is beating regularly, or there is no problem with the data
