1. Proximity switch selection

Different types of proximity switches should be selected for different raw material detectors and different detection intervals to have a high-performance price ratio in the system, for which the following principles should be followed in the selection:

1. When the detector body is metal material, a high-frequency oscillating proximity switch should be selected, which is active for the detection of iron-nickel and A3 steel detectors. For aluminum, brass and stainless steel test bodies, the detection activity is low.

2. When the test body is non-metallic data, such as; For wood, paper, plastic, glass and water, capacitive proximity switches should be used.

3. When metal bodies and non-metals are to be detected and controlled at a distance, photoelectric proximity switches or ultrasonic proximity switches should be selected.

4. When the detector body is metal, if the detection activity is not high, you can choose a low-cost magnetic proximity switch or a Hall type proximity switch.

1. Measurement of action interval; When the action piece is close to the sensing surface of the proximity switch from the front, the action interval of the proximity switch is the action interval of the proximity switch, and the measurement data should be within the product parameters.

2. Determination of the release interval; When the action piece leaves the sensing surface of the proximity switch from the front, and the switch changes from action to release, the interval between the action piece leaving the sensing surface is measured.

3. Differential H determination; *The difference between the action interval and the release interval.

4. Action frequency measurement; Use the speed-regulating motor to drive the bakelite disc, fix a number of steel sheets on the disc, adjust the interval between the switch sensing surface and the action piece, about 80% of the switch action interval, roll the disc, make the action piece close to the switch in turn, the disc spindle is equipped with a speed measuring device, and the switch output signal is shaped and connected to the digital frequency meter. At this moment, start the motor and gradually increase the speed, and the product of the speed and the action movie is equal to the frequency count.
