1) Main control board

When the main control board is damaged, the operation panel may not be displayed, the motor may be sluggish, and there will be jitter during the operation, or there may be no action. External instructions are not acceptable, the multifunction input signal is not displayed (there is no change in U1-10).

2) Driver board

If the driver board is damaged, the motor control will not work, or the motor will shake heavily when it rotates. In this case, the inverter sometimes does not report any fault, we can remove the driver board, use the ohm file of the multimeter to detect the given end of the door trigger pole of the IGBT, check that the resistance of each end is balanced, if there is a difference of more than 100Ω, it means that the trigger circuit has been damaged. The driver board needs to be replaced.

3) IGBT, insurance

After the IGBT burns out, the inverter will report a PUF failure. The burnout process of IGBT and fuse is below, the generation of high current causes IGBT to be broken down, and the IGBT breakdown leads to the current between the DC bus ○+ ○- is very large, in order to protect the DC bus and the back two groups of IGBTs from being burned out, the fuse is burned out by the high current, so every time the IGBT burns out, at least one fuse burns out. After replacing the fuse, the IGBT checked the driver board according to clause 2. After maintenance, pay attention to observe the historical faults before powering on, (may the historical faults are mainly OC, OL2, OV) and then it is worth noting the highest and lowest values of the starting current and DC bus voltage, sometimes the parameters need to be readjusted, if it is open-loop control, sometimes it is necessary to do a static self-learning on the motor, especially the old winding motor is used in the transformation project.

4) Start the resistor

When the starting resistor is damaged, the contactor on the DC bus will not be engaged, and the control panel will not be displayed. When the power is on, you can't hear the sound of the contactor suctioning. After replacing the starting resistor, attention should also be paid to check whether the braking unit has a short circuit and a short circuit to the ground.

5) Brake unit

After the brake unit burns out, the inverter is easy to report OV fault, and the red diode indicator light on the brake unit does not flash during the process of deceleration and stopping. The braking unit can be disassembled to measure whether the fuse inside has been blown out and whether the IGBT of the brake chopper has been broken down. The specific method is as follows, use the diode file of the multimeter to connect the red and black watch pen to the E and C ends of the IGBT respectively, if they are all connected, it means that the IGBT has been broken down, and the insurance must have been burned out. Before replacing the braking unit, pay attention to check whether the line between the control cabinet and the brake resistance box has a short circuit, open circuit, and short circuit to the ground, and check the external reasons before powering on. After powering on, pay attention to observe whether the discharge is normal, and if necessary, adjust the acceleration and deceleration time C1-01 and C1-02 appropriately.
