OTC seven-axis industrial robot
Japan's DAIHEN Group Odihi has launched the latest seven-axis robots (FD-B4S, FD-B4LS, FD-V6S, FD-V6LS, FD-V20S). Thanks to the rotation of the seventh axis, they are able to complete the twisting action like a human wrist and can complete more than a week of welding; In addition, the seven-axis robot (FD-B4S, FD-B4LS) is embedded in the robot body with the welding cable, so there is no need to care about the dryness between the robot and the welding fixture and the workpiece during the teaching operation, the action is very smooth, and the degree of freedom of the welding posture has also been improved, and can compensate for the defect that the traditional robot can not enter the welding because of the dryness with the workpiece or the welding fixture.
Seven-axis robots, also known as redundant robots, are more sensitive to certain working environments than the additional axes of six-axis robots to allow the robot to avoid certain specific policies, facilitate the end effector to reach a specific position, and be more sensitive to certain special working environments.
As the number of axes increases, so does the agility of the robot. However, in today's industrial use, the most used are three-axis, four-axis and six-axis industrial robots, because, in some uses, high sensitivity is not required, and three-axis and four-axis robots are more cost-effective, and three-axis and four-axis robots also have a great advantage in speed.
In the future, in the 3C industry that requires high sensitivity, the seven-axis industrial robot will have a place, with its increasing accuracy, in the near future, it will replace the manual assembly of mobile phones and other fine electronic products.

OTC robot welding failure and countermeasures
1. The welding bead and welding track cannot be corrected
First of all, in the form of teaching, the empty procedure ensures that the welding orientation is correct. Secondly, consider the problem of finding the welding torch. At this time, it is necessary to consider the way in which the welding robot finds the weld bead (arc is still laser) to set up, and finally, ...

OTC welding robot selection welding wire requirements
The robot can be supplied with barrel or disc wire as required. In order to reduce the frequency of replacing the welding wire, the robot should use barreled welding wire, but due to the selection of barreled welding wire, the wire feeding hose is very long, the resistance is large, and the quality requirements such as the stiffness of the welding wire are high.
