The robot can be supplied with barrel or disc wire as required. If you want to know what are the quality requirements of the welding robot for the welding wire, first of all, we must know that this yellow thing is actually the impurities in the welding wire and the welding base metal, mainly because the high-temperature oxidation of silicon-manganese elements in the welding process reacts with the CO2 in the maintenance gas, and differentiates into oxides composed of silicon oxide and manganese oxide, which is somewhat similar to the welding slag during manual electrode welding. Although these phenomena can occur even with welding robots, these oxides do not have any adverse effect on the welding quality except for a slight flaw in the appearance, and can be easily removed with a brush.

The welding robot not only has the advantages of high power and stable power, but also has outstanding flexibility, even in the most chaotic environment, it can ensure stable and efficient operation. This is inseparable from the composition of the equipment, including the main body, welding power supply, one-dimensional heavy-duty slide table, robot L-arm, wire cutting station, control system and other devices.

If you want to reduce these oxides, you can choose the welding wire with less silicon-manganese elements, and replace the maintenance gas with a mixture with less CO2 content, and the oxides will be less welded, and the yellow spots will be much less.

The so-called welding robot refers to an industrial robot that is equipped with welding tongs or various types of welding. The welding robot system comprises: the system is used to control the robot manipulator driven by the welding robot, a sensor used to detect the welding state, and a main personal computer (PC) used to perform the whole control of the robot manipulator, wherein the main PC sends and receives the correction instruction about the movement path of the welding robot to the robot manipulator according to the detection signal supplied by the sensor, so the movement path of the robot is directly controlled. Therefore, in the robot system, the main PC can directly control the movement path of the robot during the welding process.
