However, China's own brand "Hongqi" has bucked the trend in the downturn of the world auto market, and "Hongqi H9" has become a new benchmark for C+-level high-end models in the contemporary Chinese automobile industry, which is widely favored by consumers.
Hongqi H9 has a "Chinese new noble refinement" styling style, both excellent power control combination and strong starting performance, which is inseparable from the support of a complete set of high-quality components behind it, DCT400 transmission is one of them. Recently, the transmission intelligent assembly line built by SIASUN for FAW Group has been completed and officially sent to China FAW, which will shoulder the important mission of DCT400 gearbox assembly.
The DCT400 gearbox assembly line independently designed and built by SIASUN is large-scale, consisting of four parts: shafting assembly line, rear shell assembly line, main assembly line and test line, one-stop operation of shafting assembly, gearbox rear shell assembly, final assembly and product performance testing. The assembly line fully integrates advanced technologies in the industry such as servo pressing, automatic nail feeding and tightening, robot vision-guided automatic assembly and 3D visual inspection, which greatly improves the flexibility, automation and product assembly accuracy of the production line.
On the basis of the well-equipped MES system, the project introduces production line simulation technology, which can monitor the equipment status in real time, simulate the equipment operation rate, failure rate and logistics distribution, etc., analyze and simulate the beat according to the operation of the actual process of each station, identify the production bottleneck point, and provide reliable data support for improving production capacity.
At the same time, SIASUN and the FAW team worked together to tackle key problems and carry out innovative breakthroughs in a number of technical difficulties. Due to the limitation of product structure, the connecting pin of a key component must be pressed in the gearbox housing, SIASUN and FAW team changed the traditional way of manual tooling, adjusted the assembly process and innovated the design scheme, and successfully realized the servo pressing of the connecting pin in a limited space, which overcame the unfavorable factors such as the inability to ensure the assembly accuracy and the impact force affecting the product quality under the traditional method, and improved the operation efficiency and quality.
DCT400 transmission is a strategic product of independent powertrain carefully built by Hongqi brand, and it is also the first mass-produced high-end longitudinal automatic transmission platform product in China. Since the Hongqi H9 model was in short supply in the market, SIASUN project team worked overtime to promote the project progress from the customer's point of view, and completed the detailed optimization overnight to ensure the timely delivery of the production line.
