4. Whether the robot has a fault alarm

5. After the fault disposal is completed, press the automatic start button to continue palletizing

3. There is material in a certain area to be grabbed but the robot does not grab:

1. Check whether the photoelectric switch in place is effective

2. Check whether the palletizing is completed

3. Touch the safety light door during the next work, and the safety door is connected in series with the stop button

4. After the processing is completed, press the auto-start button again

Fourth, the pallet conveyor does not get under the pallet:

1. Check whether the pallet machine is in automatic state

2. Whether the system is in the boot state

3. Whether the pallet lifting mechanism is located in the lower position

4. Whether the lower part of the pallet warehouse and the chain part of the photoelectric are in the hall

8. Gear detachment and belt slippage of conveyor line:

2. If the belt is too loose, adjust the pulley tensioning device to make the belt tight

3. The connecting key of the pulley falls off and reassembles the connecting key

9. The transmission noise of the conveyor line is too loud:

1. If the bearing is short of oil, fill the bearing oil as required

2. The chain sprocket meshing is not good to adjust the chain and sprocket. Add lubricating oil as required
