1. The wires laid out in the inverter control circuit should be separated from the main circuit cable (power line), so as to avoid the harmonic disturbance components on the side of the main circuit of the inverter from polluting the inverter control circuit;

2. Due to the faulty signal of the inverter and the output signal of the multi-function contact, the terminal may drive the high-voltage communication contactor/relay, so it should be connected to the terminal or contact of other control loops to avoid high-voltage breakdown;

3. In order to avoid the malfunction of the disturbance signal, the shielded wire or twisted wire with strong anti-disturbance ability should be selected when wiring the low-power control loop of the inverter (such as the wire used by the sensor under the PID control function);

4. The wire length of the inverter control loop is mostly 50m as the reference base point (in some cases, the value is 100m, mainly related to the wire cross-section, material, signal strength and other elements used), when the wiring distance exceeds the length, the relay circuit or relay should be used to expand the signal;

5. When crimping the inverter to control the circuit wire, special attention should be paid to the polarity of the analog signal to avoid the polarity of the inverter to form damage to the inverter's auxiliary control electronic circuit;

6. In the case of the inverter being energized, it is not possible to use the digital multimeter with the buzzer function gear (the output voltage of this gear is higher than that of other gears) to measure the on/off of the control loop, so as to prevent the power in the digital multimeter from being transmitted from the meter pen to the inverter control terminal, causing malfunction!
