The unit on display is as customer-centric, artificial intelligence-driven, and ecological empowerment as possible. Generate real, comprehensive business and social value for our clients.
CP hybrid depalletizing unit
The Kawasaki Robotics CP Hybrid Depalletizing Unit is mainly composed of a CP180L robot, two 3D cameras, and an adjustable working direction palletizing system, which can end the mixed palletizing and mixed depalletizing of different large and small boxes. The unit incorporates a robotic autonomous control system developed by Kawasaki Robotics in collaboration with Mechmind 3D Cameras. The robot does not need to be programmed, and all motion tracks are controlled by the camera system, which greatly reduces the time required to program the robot.
The Kawasaki CP180L robot involved in this unit is suitable for various industries such as food, medicine, and printed matter. In order to meet the diverse needs of customers, we are able to produce a large number of varieties.
In order to meet the need to insist on the freshness of products, reduce circulating inventory, and ensure the timeliness of delivery, the rationalization and automation of "logistics" are now being studied in depth. In particular, palletizing/depalletizing, which is the key point in the process, requires a robot to build a dynamic automation system in order to complete this mission quickly, accurately, and continuously.
Kawasaki CP180L Features:
NO.1 Wide range of motion and super load ability
The CP180L has a maximum useful load of 180kg and can support multiple pallet stacking.
NO.2 Handling can meet the logistics needs of the high-speed era
The CP180L can carry up to 130 kg and 2,050 cycles per hour when performing reciprocating motions of 400 mm up and down and 2000 mm horizontally.
NO.3 Easy palletizing software K-SPARC (optional)
Simply select the workpiece, pallet and stacking method on the accounting machine and the motion program can be easily generated. In addition, layout checks and motion imitations can be performed on the personal computer screen. Compared to conventional palletizing software, the ease of operation is improved, e.g. the number of pallet stacking patterns is added, and the teach-in job can be ended more easily.
NO.4 More energy-saving
The palletizing robot CP series manipulator has the function of power regeneration, which is an environmentally friendly manipulator, which helps to save energy, reduce the cost of electricity, and help reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
Flexible Warehouse Handling Plans
The flexible warehousing and processing plan builds a circular warehouse and equips the intelligent robot operating system (SUMI) independently developed by Tianjin Shige Automation Technology Co., Ltd. and a variety of hardware products for various conditions such as storage space and product variety. SUMI intelligent system is born for logistics work, and is a universal operating system based on robotic arms and AGVs, which breaks through brand restrictions, reduces the difficulty of application, provides digital twin processing plans, and greatly reduces the difficulty of using robot systems.
The processing plan is centered around the SUMI intelligent system and expands into 3 business units.
NO.1 Robot ring library
The unit uses Kawasaki GM RS050N model robot, integrates the WCS system and WMS system of the ring library, and the power in and out is fast, which is a very good choice for the line warehouse and the turnover warehouse.
NO.2 Robotic arm picking system
The unit uses a Kawasaki RS007N robot and Mechmind 3D vision to complete the bin picking process. The whole system can learn autonomously according to the material situation, and end the fast picking within a certain range.
NO.3 Plug-in AGV handling system
The unit uses the latest plug-arm AGVs to handle the rapid layout planning of pallet handling, which can be used to handle materials between different scenarios in the factory.
With more than half a century of experience in the production of robots, Kawasaki Robotics is known for its wide range of products. At present, Kawasaki robot products cover welding, spraying, palletizing, bending, handling and assembly, sorting and other fields, in addition to the traditional fields, Kawasaki robots are widely used in daily chemicals, food, medicine, hardware, packaging logistics and other emerging work. We will try our best to use artificial intelligence and robotics to innovate and create an "efficient, accurate, reliable and flexible" application processing plan to help enterprises around the world improve logistics efficiency and end intelligent promotion.

Type of industrial automation – Kawasaki Robotics
Fixed Automation:
Fixed automation is used for processes that are always the same. Stationary automated machines are programmed to perform one task over and over again, rather than multiple. For example, a machine will repeatedly create a part or connect two parts together.
