The Cooka teach pendant is an interface between the supervisor application software and the user (robot). The teaching program is connected to the control cabinet by cable. We use a teach pendant when the robot performs actions such as jog feeders, program creation, program test execution, action execution, and attitude confirmation.
The KUKA Control Panel (KCP for short) is a human-computer interface that simplifies the operation of the control part of the robot "KRC". With the exception of the main switch, all components used for programming and operation of the robot system are mounted directly on the KCP.
The KCP shape designed according to the ergonomic principle is light and dexterous, and can be used as both desktop and portable.
The KCP's handshake flange and the permit switch on the back give the operator the freedom to use it without being restricted by left and right handers.
Operation and programmed actions are intuitively reproduced by the VGA color image LCD. If you've already used the "Windows" operating system, you'll find that you need to be familiar with the interface.
E-STOP button.
The E-STOP button is the most important safety device. When there is danger, press this red button for the robot.
The transmission mechanism will be shut down or shut down immediately.
The key lock must be unlocked before the drive can be switched back on.
So, turn the upper part of the switch in a clockwise direction until you hear a pop.
The corresponding emergency shutdown prompt must be confirmed in the prompt window and then press the "Confirm" software. When pressing for an emergency stop.
When the stop button is activated, the braking path is activated.
Boot drive.
At the push of a button, the robot's drive is switched on. It can only be switched on under normal working conditions (e.g. not pressing the emergency stop button, closing the protective door, etc.).
When running "manually" mode, the keys don't work.
KCP's handshake flange and permission switch on the back give the operator freedom to use it without being restricted by left-handers.
(The VGA color image LCD display allows for intuitive reproduction of operation and programming actions.) If you've already used the "Windows" operating system, you'll find that you need to be familiar with the interface.
Program window
Displays the contents of the selected worker in the program window. When I is not selected as the program, a list of available work programs is displayed in the program window.
Between the number of lines of code and the instruction word, there is a yellow arrow pointing to the right, which is the "sentence pointer", which is located on the line of the program being executed. The other is the "edit cursor", which is to erect a red marker at the beginning of the line being edited.
The above is a brief introduction to the KUKA teach pendant
