Product Introduction: The optical communication system supports two-way communication between storage and retrieval systems, transmission vehicles, automatic guided vehicles and monorail conveyors. This is an alternative to complex and problematic cables, slip rings and other transmission solutions. The transmission between the two stations is replaced by infrared light, which is controlled by a data clock adjustment. Optical communication is suitable for a variety of buses. Data transfer replaces serial and 8-bit parallel modes.
