Since the overload capacity of the ordinary inverter at 150% of the rated load is normal for 1 minute, the instantaneous overload torque can only reach 180%-200%, so it is necessary to increase the capacity of the inverter to improve the instantaneous overload capacity of the inverter-motor system.

As long as the capacity of the inverter is increased by about 20%, the instantaneous overload capacity of the inverter motor system can be increased by 210-214 times, which can basically be satisfied. Therefore, please choose an inverter with a rated capacity of more than 120% of the rated capacity of the motor, that is, the capacity of the inverter is increased by one level.
