In order to solve the problems of inaccurate metering and billing, difficult collection of water charges, and serious waste of water resources in agricultural irrigation water, modern automatic control, radio frequency triggering and other technologies are used to achieve the goals of paying first and then using water, charging according to quantity, automatic metering, and automatic opening and closing of pumps, and put an end to the phenomenon of only using water without paying and various water disputes. It realizes real-time online monitoring, data statistics and query, water intake plan management and control, and promotes the sustainable use of water resources and water conservation. The system can be widely used in agricultural water management in well irrigation areas and reservoir irrigation areas

System composition

The system is mainly composed of four parts: monitoring center platform, communication network, remote monitoring equipment and power supply system equipment.

Monitoring center: Hardware is mainly composed of servers, computers, switches, printers, etc. The software mainly consists of operating system software and database software.

Communication platform: including GPRS\CDMA network and INTERNET public network. The system plans to use the public network private line networking, and the monitoring center needs to have a fixed IP address that can be connected to the Internet.

Remote monitoring equipment: Remote monitoring equipment can be divided into mains power supply, solar power supply, and battery power supply according to the type of power supply.

The flow rate of water in the channel is measured using a Fujifilm ultrasonic flow meter, and the flow information is sent to the server via a telemetry terminal.
