1. Self-locking and interlocking circuits
1) Self-locking circuit: The self-locking circuit is often used for the start-stop control of the motor.
Press the start button X0 motor to start running, release the start button to keep the motor running, press the stop button X1 motor to stop running.
2) Interlocking circuits
The interlock circuit is often used in the control circuit of the motor such as forward stop and reverse, forward rotation, star delta step-down start, etc., and the main purpose is to avoid faults such as short circuit of the motor formed by the two coils being turned on together.
Take the forward stop and reverse control of the motor as an example.
The normally closed contact of the motor forward rotation control coil Y1 is connected to the program section of the motor rotary control coil Y2, and when the motor is running forward, press the rotation button X1 motor rotation control coil Y2 will not be connected, and the motor will continue to rotate and run. As long as you press the abort button X2 to abort the motor, and then press the slewing button X1, the motor can switch to rotary operation.
The same is true for the motor switching from rotary to positive rotation.
2. Delay circuit
1) Turn on the delay circuit
Press the start button X0, the start of the timer T0 timing, when the value of T0 is equal to the set value, the normally open contact of T0 is turned on, the coil Y0 is turned on, press the stop button X1, and T0 resets the coil Y0.
2) Disconnect the delay circuit
Press the start button X0 coil Y1 to turn on, press the abort button X1 timer T0 start timing, when T0 is equal to the punctuality, the normally closed contact of T0 becomes normally open, and the coil Y1 is disconnected.
3) Switch-on delay and disconnection delay combination circuit
Press the start button X0 timer T0 start timer, the timing time is turned on to coil Y0, press the stop button X1 watchman T1 start timer, and the timing time is disconnected to coil Y0.
3. Flicker circuit
1) Turn on first and then turn off
Press the start button X0 auxiliary relay M0 self-locking, together with the timer T0 start timing, coil Y1 on. The timing time of T0 is disconnected from Y1, the chronograph of the watchman T1 starts to time, the timing of T1 is reset to T0, and the program starts the cycle again.
2) Extinguish first and then turn on
Press the start button X0 auxiliary relay M0 self-locking, together the timer T0 starts timing, the T0 timing time is turned on to the coil Y1, the timer T1 starts timing, the T1 timing time is reset T0, and the program starts the cycle again.
3. Long delay circuit
Because the longest punctuation time of the FX2N series PLC timer is 3276.7s, if a longer punctuality is required, it can be completed with the counter.
Press the start button X0, the watchman T0 starts to time, and the timing time to the counter C0 time value plus "1", together T0 resets and restarts the timer, until the current value of C0 is equal to the set value.
Punctuality = C0 setpoint * T0 setpoint (T0 setpoint needs to be converted to seconds before substitution).
Fourth, one-key start and stop
5. Double-coil
The phenomenon of using the same coil twice or more times in the program is called a double coil, and the output of the front is invalid, as long as the last one is effective, it can be solved by relying on the auxiliary relay.

Mitsubishi low-power Z024 series inverter failure OC cause
(1) Aging of the drive circuit
Due to the use of a long period of time, it will inevitably lead to the aging of components, which will cause the drive waveform to be distorted, and the output voltage will be unstable, so OC alarm will often appear as soon as it is running.

The working principle of the servo motor of the Mitsubishi CNC system
1. The servo mainly relies on the pulse to position, basically it can be understood in this way, the Mitsubishi CNC system repair servo motor receives 1 pulse, it will rotate the angle corresponding to 1 pulse, and then complete the displacement, because, the servo motor itself has the function of announcing the pulse, so the servo motor ...
