Some Mitsubishi inverter switching power supply will also form a certain amount of disturbance, the power line and motor line is the antenna of the disturber, if the ground wire is poorly grounded, the disturbance signal can also be sent out through the ground wire connected to the shell, the longer the line, the larger the scale of disturbance. The disturbance signal of the Mitsubishi inverter not only disturbs the surrounding electronics, but also the Mitsubishi inverter itself. Some Mitsubishi inverters have the function of avoiding disturbance signal radiation and input, while some Mitsubishi inverters have no anti-turbulence function. If the control system uses Mitsubishi inverters and some electronic equipment that relies on analog signals and pulse signals to communicate, such as computers, human-machine interfaces, sensors, etc., it is necessary to consider the adoption of anti-disturbance measures when purchasing Mitsubishi inverters and wiring.
2. Try not to install the inverter on the equipment that has a sensation
When the Mitsubishi inverter is installed in the sensational equipment and runs for a period of time, the connecting screws of the main circuit and the fastening screws of the module are simply loosened, and then the service life of the inverter is shortened. And when the equipment is in a sensation, the module of the inverter is simply damaged. If the inverter must be installed around the equipment that has caused a sensation, the connecting screws of the circuit and the fastening screws of the module should be checked regularly to avoid damage to the inverter due to loose screws.
Third, there must be an outstanding grounding wire

Because if there is a motor leakage, and it happens that the ground wire of the factory is broken, the strong current will be connected to the Mitsubishi inverter motherboard through the inverter ground wire, so that the terminal of the motherboard will show strong electricity and burn the motherboard. Fourth, the air switch at the input end of the Mitsubishi inverter should be added with a varistor
The quality of power supply in some enterprises is not very high, and when the power supply line is faulty, the output of high-voltage electricity simply burns out the Mitsubishi inverter and related electronic instruments. In order to solve this problem effectively, the passive maintenance method can be adopted, which is to add a varistor (821K for 380V, 220V471K) to the air switch at the input of the inverter or instrument, when there is high voltage passing through, the varistor will be short-circuited, the air switch trips, and then the inverter is maintained. It should be noted that the varistor should not be too close to the inverter, because when the varistor is short-circuited and burst, the metal fragments generated will fly everywhere, and the strong static electricity and electromagnetic waves emitted during the blasting will affect the function of the inverter. Therefore, it is better to add a varistor to the outside of the inverter.
5. Replace the main board of Mitsubishi inverter
