Internal filler lines can only be used for fundamental welding. Feed the silk with your left thumb, index or middle finger. Tighten the little and ring fingers to guide the direction of the wire. The wire approaches the blunt edge of the slope and melts the weld on the blunt edge. The space between the grooves is larger than the diameter of the wire, and the plate is able to twist into an arc. Its advantage is that when the wire is skewed, the blunt edge and melting of the wire can be clearly seen, and the remaining height in front of it can also be seen by residual eyes. As a result, the weld melts excellently and the remaining height on the opposite side and the seamless height are well controlled. The flaw is that it is difficult to use, and welders require professional operating skills. Due to the large void, the welding volume increases accordingly, resulting in large voids, low current, and low work efficiency compared to external wire filling.

2. The welding handle is divided into crank and mop. Gently press the welding nozzle into the weld with the handle and shake the welding arm for welding. The advantage is that the welding nozzle is pressed into the weld seam and the welding handle is very stable during operation. Therefore, the weld is well maintained, with good quality, beautiful appearance and high product qualification rate. Especially welding, it is very convenient. When welding stainless steel, it is possible to achieve excellent appearance color. Defects are difficult to learn because the hands will tremble violently and will not be able to weld to the obstructed area. A mop is a welding nozzle that is placed gently or gently on a weld like a little finger or right hand on a workpiece. Gently turn your hand and pull the torch for welding. Its strength is that it is easy to learn and habit, but the flaw is that its design and quality are not as good as the handle, especially in step welding, and it is not suitable for welding. When welding stainless steel, it is difficult to achieve the desired color and shape.

3. Arc extinguishing: Generally use arc extinguishing equipment (high-frequency oscillator or high-frequency pulse generator), and the tungsten electrode does not contact with the welded parts to ignite the arc. Starter without lever (mainly used in field installations, especially height installations). Copper or graphite arc ignition can be used for groove welding, but this method is cumbersome and rarely used. Generally, welding wire is used for small scratches that result in a direct short circuit between the welded part and the tungsten electrode, quick cut-off, and arc maintenance.

4. Welding: After arc welding, it is necessary to preheat the welded part for 3-5 seconds to form a molten pool and feed wire. When welding, the point of view of the welding gun should be appropriate, and the wire feeding should be uniform. The welding method should move smoothly, swinging slowly from one side to the other, quickly in the middle. Pay special attention to the alteration of the bathtub. As the weld pool increases, the weld swells or sinks, and then the welding speed is increased or the welding current is readjusted. If the molten pool does not melt well and the wire does not felt, it is necessary to reduce the welding speed or increase the welding current. In the case of a low weld, be aware of the blunt edges on both sides of the slope, excess light on the other side of the weld, and other changes in height.

5. Closing the arc: When the arc is closed directly, it is very simple to produce a shortened cavity. The arc of the torch equipped with an arc initiator is stopped at regular intervals or when placed in the appropriate arc stop current, and the arc stops slowly. If there is no arc, the arc will move slowly to the other side of the groove without shortening. If the presentation is shortened, it is necessary to polish it clean before welding. If the arc aborts at the joint, it is necessary to first polish the joint into a skewed groove. When the connection is completely melted, weld 10-20mm forward and abort the arc slowly to avoid shortening. In production, it is generally possible to see that the joint is not polished in the skewed groove, which directly prolongs the welding time of the joint. This is a very bad habit, which can easily lead to the outstanding, seamless and reverse separation of the joints, which then affects the beauty of the molding process. If it's a high-alloy material, it's easy to crack. After welding, the exterior view is effective, and it is necessary to turn off the power and air when leaving.
