(4) The cooling fan filter is a dust-proof filter. Installed in front of the cooling fan. Check the dirt condition regularly and clean the filter as needed. If the filter is left unpolluted, the temperature inside the controller will rise during operation, which may cause the robot system to not operate properly.
(5) Nameplate label is a label that states the controller serial number and other information.
(6) The MT label contains the special standard number. When the MT label is applied, the protection and methods described in the manual may vary due to the special standards of the Epson robot or controller. Please contact us if you wish to protect yourself.
(7) Controller serial number tag is a tag used to record the controller serial number.
(8) Connecting target serial number label The label of the robot to which it is connected is listed. Specify the model and serial number of the robot.
(9) M/C POWER adapter is an adapter used to supply power to the manipulator. Connect the power cable attached to the robot.
(10) The M/C SIGNAL articulation device is a signal adapter for manipulators, motors, azimuth detectors, etc. Connect the signal cable attached to the robot.
(11) EMERGENCY Adapter is an adapter that connects safety-related input signals such as imminent abort and safety door.
(12) TP port is the port that connects to the TP1 (option), TP2 (option), or TP bypass plug of the teaching pendant.

(14) Memory port is a port used to connect to commercially available USB memory to use the controller status saving function. Do not connect USB devices other than USB memory. For an overview, please refer to the Functions section "6. Memory Ports".
(15) Trigger switch is a switch used to save the status of the controller to the USB memory. For an overview, please refer to the Functions section "6. Memory Ports".
(16) LAN (Ethernet Communication) port is a port used to connect the controller to the development PC via an Ethernet cable. Communication is possible via 100BASE-TX/10 BASE-T. For an overview, please refer to the Functions section "7. LAN (Ethernet Communication) port".
(17) The I/O adapter of the Epson robot is a connector used to connect external input and output machines. *It can be connected to 24 input points and 16 output points.
(18) Standard RS-232C port is a port used for external machines to communicate with RS-232C. For an overview, please refer to the Functions section "10. standard RS-232C port".
(19) Optional slot is a slot for mounting a dedicated optional circuit board (expansion I/O board, fieldbus I/O board, RS-232C board, pulse output board). 2 slots can be used.
(20) Cord clamp is used to fix M/C power cables, AC power cables.
(21) Battery (installed inside the controller) Lithium battery for data backup
