F1 ELDVUEDVC6000 Series Digital Valve Controller (Fig. 1) and Actuator. The digital valve controller receives the valve stroke position in Figure 2) is a communicative, microprocessor-based conversion of electrical signals into feedback, as well as air supply pressure and pneumatic pressure of the actuator. This makes the pneumatic signal instrumentation. In addition to converting electrical signals into pneumatic signals, which is an instrument capable of diagnosing not only itself but also the traditional functions it is installed on, the DVC6000 series of digital valve controllers can access valves and actuators. This is done with a 375 field communicator at the junction box, or with a PC or system console in the control room. Wiring with the HART communication protocol is economical, as the DVC6000 series of digital valve controllers integrate the information into the control system or are powered by a 2-wire 4-20mA circuit on a single circuit basis. This is a low-cost replacement set.

The existing analogue gauges are prepared for the conditions. The 2-wire design of the DVC6000 Series Digital Valve Controllers avoids costly separation DVC6000 Series Digital Valve Controllers can be used for single or double acting digital power and signal lines.
