peculiarity
The body, shaft and bearings are fully protected by hard, wear-resistant trim materials.
The throttled flow is directed through a specially shaped flow ring to minimize turbulence and impact on the tube wall.
When used in reverse flow mode, the fluid is kept flowing downwards at high speed through the shrinkage section in the flow ring hole at the outlet of the valve. Compared with other types of valves, the outlet flow direction is basically parallel to the flow ring wall, and the flow impact is small.
The valve body is fully flanged so that the valve body can be easily aligned between the center and the pipe flange, which is an essential requirement to avoid cross-flange erosion.
The precision contouring of the V-notched ball provides improved equal percentage flow characteristics.
The valve body is flanged and is made of integral casting. No welding is used.
