Control valves with WhisperFlo trims provide additional suppression of pneumatic noise in the harshest high-pressure precipitation or gas applications. The WhisperFlo cage with a suitably sized body is designed to reduce noise levels by up to -40 dBA. For special applications, -50 dBA attenuation is achievable

WhisperFlo trims are used in the most demanding applications and provide excellent noise reduction. For applications where traditional solutions do not meet the requirements, consider using this trim.
Trim changes are quick and there is no need to remove the valve body from the line, ensuring easy and convenient cage inspection. The WhisperFlo trim is interchangeable with the trim of a standard control valve.
The hardened material and the wear-resistant surface structure meet the criteria for excellent wear resistance. A unique combination of three-dimensional flow channels, pressure grading, and special channel shapes equalizes energy dissipation.
WhisperFlo trims have a higher flow capacity than labyrinth runner designs in terms of traditional valve stroke and port size.
The standardized port size allows for the refurbishment of existing valves.
