Rexroth Pressure Reducing Valve Failure Analysis:

1. Remove the air from the oil

3. Repair the valve hole and spool valve

Rexroth pressure reducing valve elimination method:

1. The oil drain pipe must be separated from the oil return pipe and returned to the oil tank separately

2. Repair and replace parts. Check whether the oil has deteriorated.

Rexroth REXROTH pressure reducing valves are used to reduce the pressure in the system. Use the adjustment type (4) to set the secondary pressure.

The valve opens in the initial position. Hydraulic oil can flow from channel P to channel A without restriction. The pressure in channel A is simultaneously applied through the control line (6) in the piston area opposite the compression spring (3). If the pressure in channel A exceeds the value set on the compression spring (3), the control spool (2) enters the control position and the set pressure in channel A is kept at a constant level.

The signal oil and pilot oil are supplied from inside channel A through the control line (6).

Rexroth REXROTH Regulator If the pressure in channel A increases further due to an external force acting on the actuator, it pushes the control spool (2) further towards the compression spring (3).

In this way, channel A is connected to channel T(Y) through the control edge (8) on the control spool (2). The hydraulic oil is discharged into the tank, and the pressure can only be increased slightly.

The oil leakage from the spring cavity (7) is always carried out externally through the channel T (Y).

In order to flow freely from channel A back to channel P, a check valve (5) can optionally be installed.

The pressure gauge interface (1) can control the secondary pressure.
