The reasons for the loss of the PLC program are the lack of battery power supply for the user's saved program, the internal circuit of the PC, the motherboard burned out due to the impact of external high voltage such as lightning strikes, etc., which will be encountered in our PLC control system. For example, the old type of plc battery that has been discontinued such as the FX2N series has not come in the future and the replacement battery causes an alarm, the alarm light is lit when the customer takes it, and the computer is connected, and the program read out from the plc is similar to the garbled code, and the plc setting parameters are also very messy, as shown in the picture below, the battery is located in the upper left corner. There are also lightning strikes, and there are no lightning protection measures in a factory, resulting in the equipment PLC and inverter on a line being burned.
The PLC program is lost, the first thing is for us to detect whether the PLC itself has a problem, the battery can be replaced when it is out of power, and the circuit problem needs to be repaired, and then to ensure that the PLC is under normal conditions, we will once again write the backup program directly into the PLC. This backup program is generally difficult to read from the faulty PLC, you have to ask the manufacturer for it, and it will usually be given to you for free. After getting the backup program, we also need to know the software used for PLC program editing, about Mitsubishi has GX-Developer and GX-works, confirm that in the future, let's first eradicate the memory of the PLC, the operation is as follows: click online, PLC memory operation, PLC memory eradication and PLC memory formatting, and restore the PC to factory settings. Then select PLC to write so that the alternate program is written. Remember the PLC after the program was lost:
(1) Make sure the PLC is normal
(2) Ask the manufacturer for the source program (backup program)
(3) Inquire about PLC program editing software from the manufacturer
(4) Memory eradication, rehabilitation factory settings
(5) The correctness of the normal writing program and the speed measurement program
The above is how to write the backup program to the local area and methods that need to be paid attention to after the Mitsubishi PLC program is lost

The weight conversion method of the Mitsubishi weigh module
Component conversion is a process in which an analog signal (load converter output voltage) input from outside the programmable controller is converted into a digital output value and a total component output value, and then stored in buffer memory. After the conversion process, the conversion completion (XE) will change to ON, and the transformation completion mark (Un\G1 ...

AD PLC realizes the two basic points of control - Mitsubishi
PLC is based on electronic computers, but it is not the same as ordinary computers. Generally speaking, computers only consider the information itself when translating input and output information. As long as the human-machine interface is good, the input and output of information can be completed. And the PLC should also consider the information in and out ...

Characteristics of servos and advantages of Mitsubishi servos
The servo system is an automatic control system that enables the output of the object's orientation, direction, and state to change with the arbitrary change of the input quantity (or given value). In the automatic control system, the system that can echo the control signal with a certain degree of accuracy is called the follow-up system, also known as the servo system.

Power factors affecting Mitsubishi inverters
The speed regulation of Mitsubishi inverter power regulator is adopted, one is to regulate the speed according to the requirements, and the other is to save energy. It is based on the following elements:
1) The frequency conversion speed regulation system has low loss and high operating power.
2) The motor is always kept running at a low slip rate, which reduces the rotor loss.

The relationship between torque and performance of Mitsubishi servo motors
1. Additional torque
The torque that occurs on the motor shaft under additional voltage, extra load is called the extra torque of the motor.
2. Starting torque
The torque generated by the motor at the moment when a voltage is applied to the motor in the aborted condition is called the starting torque. The starting torque characterizes the electrical...

How to adjust the jitter phenomenon of Mitsubishi servo motor
(1) Prerequisites
Mitsubishi servo motors are able to improve the inertia of the motor by adjusting the gain, so as to adapt to the load, but the Mitsubishi servo motor is able to improve endlessly. Under normal circumstances, it is considered that it can withstand within 10-15 times of the additional inertia of the motor, and Mitsubishi reducer is required to be added in addition. We know ...
