The servo system is an automatic control system that enables the output of the object's orientation, direction, and state to change with the arbitrary change of the input quantity (or given value). The main task of the servo is to expand, convert and control the power according to the requirements of the control command, so that the torque, speed and azimuth output of the driving equipment can be controlled very flexibly and conveniently.

The servo system is generally composed of three parts: a controller, a servo amplifier, and a servo motor. After the start of work, the power supply is transmitted to the servo motor through the servo amplifier, and the motor starts to work, and the encoder located at the tail of the servo motor at this moment feeds back the motor orientation information that collects to the servo amplifier, and the amplifier transmits to the controller, and the controller makes a judgment and announces the instruction information after getting this information, and controls the work and orientation of the servo motor.

The servo motor stops in the regular direction according to the command announced by the control equipment, but due to inertia, the motor cannot be stopped instantaneously after the command is announced, there is a delay in time, and the machine will vibrate when the motor is working.
