Matching processing method: 1. Set the appropriate single pulse frequency;

2. Extended addition and subtraction time constant;

3. Set the gain value again;

4. Set the appropriate electronic transmission gear ratio;

5. Disassemble and replace Mitsubishi servo encoder or Mitsubishi servo motor;

7. Encoder fault.

Matching treatment methods: 1. Set the appropriate acceleration and deceleration time constant (please refer to the Mitsubishi servo motor manual);

2. Extended rotation constraint value;

3. Disassemble and replace the Mitsubishi servo motor with larger output power;

4. Adjust the preset value to the level where the Mitsubishi servo system can operate normally;

5. Extend the rotation constraint value, reduce the load or choose to output a larger Mitsubishi servo motor

6. Install the travel switch after checking the operation method
