The processor performance test should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the system manual, to ensure that the system has the function described in the manual, and is stable and reliable, including the system communication, backup battery and other special modules to view. Redundancy testing is necessary for systems with redundant equipment. That is, a comprehensive review of the redundancy design, including power supply redundancy, processor redundancy, I 0 redundancy and communication redundancy.
(1) Power redundancy. Intercept a power supply in the meantime, the system should be able to continue to operate normally, and the system should be free of disturbance; The power supply that has been de-energized can recover normally after being powered on.
(2) Processor redundancy. Intercept the power supply of the main processor or switch the operation switch of the main processor, and the hot standby processor should be able to actively become the main processor, the system should operate normally, and the output should be undisturbed; The de-energized processor recovers and is in standby condition after powering up.
(3) I0 redundancy. Select the input and output points that are redundant and corresponding to each other, the input module applies the same input signal, and the output module connection status indicates the appearance. Switch on and off (or hot-swap, if you agree) the redundant input modules and output modules to see if they can stay the same.
(4) Communication redundancy. By blocking the power supply of a communication module or disconnecting a network, check whether the system can communicate and operate normally; After resetting, the corresponding module condition should be actively restored to normal.
For the redundancy test, all modules with redundant design should be viewed redundantly according to the design requirements. In addition, the view of system functions includes system self-check, file search, file compilation and downloading, maintenance information, backup and other functions. For more complex PLC systems, the system function view also includes logic diagram configuration, loop configuration and special I0 function.

PLC commonly used physical memory - Mitsubishi
(1) Random Access Memory (RAM) The user can read out the content of the RAM with the programming device, and can also write the user program to the RAM, so the RAM is also called read/write memory. It is volatile memory, and when its power is interrupted, the stored information is lost. The use of the computer's memory module ...

The role of Mitsubishi inverters
1. Overvoltage maintenance
The output of the motor inverter has the function of voltage detection, and the inverter can actively adjust the output voltage so that the motor does not bear the overvoltage. Even if the output voltage adjustment fails and the output voltage exceeds 110% of the normal voltage, the inverter will stop to maintain the motor.

Mitsubishi inverter fault visual inspection method
The intuitive method refers to the search and analysis of faults based on the external manifestations of Mitsubishi inverter defects without any instruments. The visual method includes an unpowered view and a power-on survey. In the overhaul, the first thing to do is to check without power, that is, to use the human sensory organs (eyes, ears, hands, nose) to check the relevant plug-in.
