1. The selection talent of VFD may be too small; Generally, when selecting VFD, it should be about 20% larger than the rated power of the motor, so that when the motor reaches full load, the VFD can still drive.

2. Because of the internal void of the fan, because of the deposition of gas impurities and rust in the fan, the gap between the rotor, the rotor and the cavity will be reduced, so that the load resistance will increase, and the motor and VFD will be overloaded.

3. Because the power supply voltage is high, more than 410V, the internal heat of the inverter will be added, and the inverter will overheat, resulting in maintenance tripping. When the supply voltage drops below 360V, the operating current of the inverter will be added and the overcurrent maintenance will be tripped.

4. There is a lot of dust in the inner plate and radiator of the VFD, which greatly reduces its heat dissipation effect and makes the VFD trip due to overheating maintenance.

5. In case of lightning or large-scale equipment starting, it will cause the power grid voltage to fluctuate, and the VFD voltage loss maintenance trips.

6. The serious problem is that one of the rectifier modules inside the inverter is damaged, resulting in the other two circuits being in an overcurrent state when they are working.
