Control requirements: press and hold the forward rotation button, the servo motor rotates forward, release the forward rotation button, and the servo motor aborts the work. Press and hold the rotary button, the servo motor rotates, release the rotary button, and the servo motor aborts the work. When turning forward, pressing the turn button has no effect. When turning, pressing the forward turn button has no effect.

The control system is completed:

(1) Confirm the input signal. One forward button SB1 and one rotary button SB2, a total of two points.

(2) Confirm the output signal. There is one pulse control output point and one direction control output point, a total of two points.

(3) Draw up an I/O distribution table according to the input and output signals.

(4) Select the PLC model according to the number of input and output signal points and the actual needs of the site, and make the wiring diagram. Note: Since the servo motor is to be controlled by pulses, the transistor should be selected for the PLC.

(5) Use Mitsubishi PLC software to design a ladder diagram.
