The Wiener bus system is divided into 40mm, 60mm, 100mm and 185mm systems according to the upper and lower spacing between the copper bars, and the ship unloader distribution cabinet mainly adopts a 60mm rectangular bus system. This is shown in the figure below. The 60mm system provides the largest application space and the most current level with its smallest external size, so as to establish a safe, intuitive and space-saving system architecture, and the 60mm system has the most component selectivity and the most complete series of products, which can complete the optimal distribution of current in the ship unloader power distribution system, with high safety and reliability.
The main components of the Wiener bus system in the ship unloader auxiliary distribution cabinet are as follows:
(1) Busbar
It is the base element of the bus system, and there are various specifications, which can be installed with 5mm or 10mm thick rectangular busbar, double T type and triple T type busbar. The busbar is divided into 1-4 wires, 1 wire can be used with N or PE, 2 wires can be used together with N and PE, 3 wires are two-phase, and 4 wires can be used for three-phase + N or PE. The ship unloader assists the distribution cabinet with 3-wire and 4-wire bus frames, and after the bus frame is installed at both ends of the busbar, the end of the bus is covered with an end cover to ensure electrical safety. A busbar cover is used at the spare busbar as both a protection and a backup loop.
(2) Terminal board
Able to connect the busbar, can also connect the wire, as a section of the bus system of the incoming or outgoing line, completed in a plane between the bus and the bus or between the bus and the wire straight without punching, the ship unloader distribution cabinet together with the use of the connection wire of the wiring board and the connection of the bus board, the wiring board with a protective cover, to ensure electrical safety.
(3) Bus adapter
Connecting the bus and the switching element, mainly used in the cabinet 3RV, two-pole 5SJ switch, the maximum capacity to 80A, with the help of the adapter, the switching element can be directly attached to the bus, the operation, safe, reliable, convenient and fast. The ship unloader distribution cabinet uses a single-rail bus adapter and a double-rail rail bus adapter. When selecting the type, try to choose an adapter with wires, so that there can be less wiring.
(4) Universal adapter
The 3VL series of high-current circuit breaker should be hooked to the busbar, it is necessary to go through the corresponding universal adapter, the maximum current is 630A, and a variety of different specifications and different brands of switching elements can be connected, and the 3-pole and 4-pole universal adapter is used in the ship unloader distribution cabinet, and the upper screw is connected to the upper end of the circuit breaker, and there is no need to connect the large wire.
(5) Wiring module
There is only 1 type, 01563, which can connect the line of 1.5-16mm², and the single-pole to two-pole circuit breaker that can not use the bus adapter or the universal adapter in the distribution cabinet of the ship unloader can be used within the promised current range, and this connection module will be found to be very practical in the hardware layout planning of the distribution cabinet with the bus system.
