1. Download the control program.
2. Put the inverter in open-loop experimental mode and set the appropriate parameters.
3. Connect the incoming cable of the inverter. The cable on the output side of the inverter is not connected.
4. Push the high-voltage cabinet to the experimental position, close the switch, and simulate the high-voltage signal from the inverter side.
5. The user sends it to the easy-to-sell industrial control inverter. Note: Because the incoming line isolation transformer excitation inrush current is large, the incoming line switch may trip, and the high-voltage cabinet quick-break multiple should be appropriately amplified at this moment. Generally, it is 8-10 times the input current of the primary side of the transformer.
6. After the high voltage is sent, check whether the voltage displayed on the panel is consistent with the actual voltage and whether the frequency is positive.
7. Start the inverter from the inverter operation panel and record the corresponding voltage waveform at different outputs.
8. Disconnect the high voltage again and prepare to run with the motor.
