Phenomenon: Immobility or unreliable movement.
Reasons:1. The control supply voltage does not match the coil voltage;
2. The power supply capacity of the operation circuit is insufficient or the wire is broken, the wiring is faulty and the control contact is poorly touched;
3. The power supply voltage is too low or fluctuates too much;
4. The power supply is too far away from the toucher, and the connecting wire is too thin;
5. Excessive contact tension spring pressure and overtravel;
6. Damage to the product itself (such as broken or burned coils, jammed mechanical movable parts, tilted shafts, etc.).
Solution:1. regulate the mains voltage;
2. Increase power supply capacity, correct and repair control contacts;
3. Replace the coil;
4. Replace the coil and remove the stuck fault;
5. Adjust the contact parameters as required;
6. Replace the thicker adapter wires.
Phenomenon: No release or slow release.
Reasons:1. Excessive pressure on the contact tension spring;
2. Contact fusion welding;
3. The mechanical movable part is stuck, and the shaft is tilted;
4. Damage to the reaction tension spring;
5. There is oil or dust on the core surface;
6. If the E-type core is used for too long, the demagnetized air gap disappears, and the remanence increases, so that the core is not released.
Solution:1. Replace intimate;
2. Sweep away fusion welding problems, repair or replace contacts;
3. Sweep away the stuck faults and repair the damaged parts;
4. Replace the reaction tension spring;
5. Organize the intimate pole surface;
6. Adjust the contact parameters.
Phenomenon: The coil is overheated or burned.
Reasons: 1. The polar surface of the communication core is uneven or the demagnetization air gap is too large;
2. The double coil of DC operation derived from the AC toucher is overheated due to the fact that the normally closed interlocking contact is not released by welding;
3. The frequency of operation is too high;
4. Poor coil production or mechanical damage, insulation damage, etc.;
5. The power supply voltage is too high or too low, 6. The moving part is stuck;
6. Special environmental conditions: such as humid air, corrosive gases or high ambient temperature;
7. The technical parameters of the coil (such as rated voltage, frequency, load factor and applicable working system, etc.) are inconsistent with the actual application conditions.
