1. Because the structure is special, the product has been equipped with special equipment boards and equipment screws and wiring screws according to the planning requirements when leaving the factory, and special attention is paid to the fact that the reliability of the touch of the large-capacity circuit breaker will directly affect the normal use of the circuit breaker, so it is necessary to pay attention to the equipment and strictly follow the requirements of the manufacturer.

2. Plug-in wiring: On the equipment board of the complete set of equipment, first equipment a circuit breaker equipment base, 6 plugs on the equipment base, and 6 sockets on the connection board of the circuit breaker. There is an adapter plate on the surface of the equipment base or there are bolts behind the equipment base, and the power line and load line are connected to the equipment base in advance. When in use, plug the circuit breaker directly into the device base. If the circuit breaker is broken, just pull out the broken one and replace it with a good one. It has a shorter replacement time than the front and back wiring of the board, and it is convenient. Because plugging and unplugging requires manpower. Therefore, the shell current of China's plug-in products is limited to 400A. This saves time for repairs and replacements. Plug-in circuit breakers should check whether the plug of the circuit breaker is compressed when the equipment is installed, and the circuit breaker should be tightened safely to reduce touch resistance and improve reliability.
