Automation is a general term for the processing of information such as measurement and operation and process control of machinery and equipment or production process without direct human intervention. The "embedded system", which is now widely used in Germany and international manufacturing, is a special computer system designed for specific use by thoroughly embedding mechanical or electrical components into controlled equipment.
