1. Accuracy of production

The robot arm is fixed on a sturdy machine base, and the axes of the multi-axis robot are rotated by servo motors and gear control, which ensures that the robot can be flexibly and freely positioned within the working radius. Both the robot and the furniture can complete the rotation of ±180, only need to determine the grasping point and the placement point, and the computer controls the trajectory of the movement between the two points, and the positioning is very accurate. The servo system ensures that the noise generated during work is minimized under the action requirements of high repeatability, and the robot can be moved to a position and height that is convenient for human operation, and it is easy to achieve flexible operation. Moreover, in order to simplify the mechanical structure, 4-axis industrial robots are used in the enterprise, which reduces maintenance costs and post-service costs.

2. Simplicity of operation

The system controls the robot, gripper and conveyor belt via PLC, and is equipped with a special touch screen to display information during the production process. The system adopts advanced man-machine interface, and the operator can easily modify the parameters and select the program on the interface.

3. Flexibility in production

The robot's gripper is mounted in the centre of the flange and can be designed as a stationary tool or can be changed with an automatic hand changer for special tasks. The multi-functional gripper can be used in combination work: bottle grabbing, clamping, vacuum suction cup for carton grabbing, bottling and palletizing integrated gripper, etc. Only according to the needs of the actual production process, the robot can replace and install different claws to meet the needs of flexible production. The robot can also cooperate with the laser visual inspection system to identify the type of workpiece and help the robot locate the workpiece.
