3. Weekly maintenance of special robotic arms

1. Scrub the guide rail, smooth;

2. Filter the pressure reducing valve for drainage;

3. Check the pressure of the source of air pressure and the dryness of the air;

4. Check whether the negative pressure sensor is normal (whether the product is alarmed if it is not sucked);

5. The fixture detects whether the magnetic ring switch is normal (whether the product or material handle is not clamped is alarmed);

6. Whether the interlock of the injection molding machine is normal (whether the injection molding machine does not lock the mold and alarm the injection molding machine in the manual condition of the special manipulator for the injection molding machine).

8. Determine whether the pipeline is broken or whether the wire connection is loose and loose;

9. Scrub the dust and oil on the special manipulator arm of the injection molding machine to ensure that the special manipulator of the injection molding machine is clean;

10. Scrub the oil stains and dust of the special manipulator slide rail and slider of the injection molding machine, and add new smooth oil;
