If the value is not right, the small board is bad: at this moment, you can replace the three small ICs (39030024LMV393) in the small board bad, if it is not good, replace the small board.

If the driver board is powered on POFF, the normal CVD voltage should be 2.6-2.7, if 1.9 is measured, maybe R51, R52, C36, C37, one of the cables is bad, and the electrolytic capacitor is much worse. POFF only when the motor is running, the driver board transformer may also be broken.

3. Bad buffer resistance:

The snubber resistor and the filter capacitor are paired. If one is bad, the other is likely to be bad as well. It is also possible that the snubber resistor is not engaged (the relay is bad, the control board is bad, or the components on the circuit connected to the two are bad). For single-phase input (220V) inverter, special attention should be paid to it: if there is no display or explosion, it is likely that the user has connected to the three-phase electricity (380V) (the fault record of the control board can be observed: whether the bus voltage has changed from 310 to 540). At this moment, the rectifier bridge of the continuous IPM is broken, and the large filter capacitor is also broken (or exploded or the top surface is raised and hardened). If the IPM is only replaced and then powered on, you will hear a "pop, pop" sound (the sound in the capacitor), and the power should be turned off immediately, otherwise the rectifier bridge of the IPM will be broken again. If you find a large capacitor bad, replace it with a new one. Because capacitors are fragile and easy to age.

4. Unstable:

First there is a appearance, and then there is none, the fan stops, the voltage is only 12, this phenomenon is generally U1 thick film bad. Report fault E015: The power-on indicator is on, the keyboard is not on, just dial the fan - the fan is short-circuited.

5. No braking:

01180099, 01180100, 01180113, 01180114 brake tube is not inside the IPM, the inverter explosion and non-appearance is likely to be caused when the inverter stops running, so after replacing the IPM, be sure to detect the quality of the braking circuit: brake optocoupler, brake tube (MOS tube is not good to measure, can measure its series freewheeling diode, normal should be about 0.37), gate resistance (that is, the gate resistance of MOS tube, normal should be 100 ohms). After repairing and powering on, the TD900F093 is changed to 150, reporting E007, red to P (+), black to PB, if the voltage jumps at 17-30, the braking is normal. 6. Fried rectifier bridge:

If it is measured that part of the rectifier bridge is damaged, and the inverter bridge is full of good, it may be caused by the ignition between the positive and negative busbars. Environmental humidity is the main cause, generally there are water droplets between the positive and negative terminals, or there are water droplets between the positive terminals and the radiator to cause the explosion. The insulation of the terminal of this kind of bad machine has deteriorated, and it must be replaced, otherwise it will blow up again as soon as it is powered on. Another reason is that the filter capacitor is short-circuited (or exploded or the top surface is raised and hardened), and attention should also be paid to replacing the capacitor.

7. Machine hiccups:

That is, the fan is sometimes fast and sometimes slow, and there is no appearance. Generally, the control board is short-circuited, remove the control board and then power on, if there is still hiccups, it may be that the equipment around the thick film is broken, for example, the resistance value of TD1000 large-volume R56 resistance 27 ohms has become much larger, that is, the hiccup maintenance circuit itself is broken. The switching power supply is not working, and the voltage of a resistance can be measured, such as a little voltage and jumping, indicating that the switching power supply has vibrate, but the rear circuit is short-circuited (tin between the transformer pins, and the filter capacitor is crooked), and the hiccup maintenance circuit is working. If there is no voltage at all, it means that the switching power supply does not vibrate, and it is generally a bad thick film or 2844 and adjacent equipment.

8. The fan is weak and the speed is slow:
