One-button adjustment function for Mitsubishi servo motors

After the first installation of different servo motors on the machine, they may be poorly matched to the machine during operation, resulting in vibration, noise and other phenomena.

The cause of the problem is a mismatch between parameters such as the rigidity of the servo motor and the load-inertia ratio and the machinery. Due to the large number of parameters affected, it is not only a waste of time and difficult to ensure the effect of gradual adjustment, which has plagued many engineers for a long time. That was until Mitsubishi introduced the MR Configurator2 servo commissioning software.

                               One-button adjustment function for Mitsubishi servo motors

In the MR Configurator2 servo commissioning software, Mitsubishi has developed a "one-button adjustment" function to solve the problem of rigid noise of servo motors, as follows:

1. Set PA08 to 0003 and set the gain adjustment form to <手动形式>avoid the failure of active calculation of the inertia ratio, which will alarm C005.

2<测试运转><定位运转>. Open the menu, set the speed/acceleration and deceleration/movement, according to the actual situation, the movement does not need to be set too much. The <重复运转有用>function of the tick sum <老化功用有用>is to realize the reciprocating motion, and then click to start the operation, so that the motor can actively reciprocate and prepare for one-button adjustment.

3. Open the <调整>menu<一键式调整>, acquiesce<基本形式>, and click the Start button.

The high form generally corresponds to the screw structure, and the basic form generally corresponds to the synchronous belt structure.

4. After the tuning is successful, the Mitsubishi servo parameter setting and the initial value comparison screen will actively pop up after the adjustment is completed, so that the engineer knows what parameters have been modified by the software.
