1. At this moment, it can be said that the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor is now damaged and needs to be replaced.

2. If the power supply capacity is very small, there will be many situations, so the power supply demand has the capacity to meet. As a result, the lack of capacity can lead to melt movements that alter the visualization and shaking of the clamping ruler, or clamping motion that can cause the display of the glue filling ruler to shake, resulting in large measurement errors. This is more likely to occur if the actuation power of the solenoid valve is also supplied by a linear position sensor. In severe cases, the voltage level of the multimeter is even able to measure the associated voltage fluctuations. If this condition is not caused by high-frequency disturbance, electrostatic disturbance, or lack of neutral point, it may be caused by a low power supply.

3.FM turbulence and electrostatic disturbance may cause the digital appearance of the linear displacement sensor's encoder to jump. The signal line of the electronic ruler should be separated from the strong wire of the equipment. It is necessary for the electronic ruler to use the grounding bracket compulsorily, and the electronic ruler shell must be in good contact with the ground. The signal wire shall be shielded wire, and a section of the electrical box shall be grounded with a shielded wire. If there is a high-frequency disturbance, the voltage measured with the multimeter will be displayed normally, but the displayed number will continue to jump; When static disturbance is generated, the situation is the same as that of high-frequency disturbance. To prove if it's static disturbance, you can use a power cord to connect the cover screws of the encoder to some metal on the machine. As soon as a short connection is made, static disturbances are immediately eliminated. However, it is difficult to use this method if you want to eliminate high-frequency disturbances. Inverter economizers and manipulators often have high-frequency agitation, so it is possible to try to abort the high-frequency economizer or manipulator to verify whether it is high-frequency agitation.

4. If the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor regularly crosses the display data of a certain point during the working process, or does not display the data, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged, and regularly contact the machine shell, resulting in a short circuit to the ground.

5. The power supply voltage must be stable, and the industrial voltage must meet the requirements of ±0.1[%]. A quasi-voltage of 10%V allows for ± 0.01V fluctuation. Otherwise, it will cause the manifestation trap to waver. However, if the apparent range of shaking does not exceed the range of shaking voltage, then the ruler is normal.

6. In the process of connection, pay more attention to the three wires of the electronic ruler can not be connected at fault, and the power line and output line cannot be replaced. If the online connection is wrong, the linearity error will be large and difficult to control, the control accuracy will be poor, and the appearance will be easy to jump.
