The second step is to unscrew the screws on the dust hole on the outside of the flange of the reducer, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system to align the side hole with the dust hole, and pierce it into the inner hexagon to tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
The third step is to connect the motor with the reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor have the same concentricity, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the misalignment is not common, it will cause the motor shaft to break or the reducer gear to wear. In addition, when installing, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer, etc., to avoid excessive axial force or radial force damage to bearings or gears. It is necessary to tighten the bolts of the device and then tighten the force bolts.
Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer connection with gasoline or zinc sodium water. The intention is to ensure tightness and flexibility of the work, and to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.
Before connecting the motor with the reducer, please put the motor shaft keyway perpendicular to the tension bolt. In order to ensure that the force is evenly stressed, please first screw the device bolts in any diagonal orientation, but do not tighten them, and then screw on the other two device bolts in the diagonal orientation, and finally tighten the four device bolts one by one. Eventually, tighten the force bolts. All tightening bolts need to be fixed and viewed with a torque wrench according to the indicated fixed torque data.
