Generally speaking, the following elements should be considered in the installation of UPS power supply:

Grid conditions, load capacity, characteristics, operating environment, grounding conditions, wiring, switching capacity, etc.

1. The status of the power grid

It mainly includes the scale of power grid voltage fluctuations, the frequency of shutdown, etc., to determine the backup time of UPS uninterruptible power supply. If necessary, other maintenance measures can be added before the UPS power supply.

2. Use the environment

Temperature: 0°C-40°C;

Humidity: 10%-90%;

Falling dust: The surrounding environment of UPS power supply equipment should be kept clean, which can reduce the corrosion of harmful dust on the internal circuit of UPS;

Structure: When the UPS power supply is equipped with a long delay, the battery may be heavier, and the load-bearing problem of the floor should be considered at this time;

Space size: It should be ensured that when the UPS uninterruptible power supply is maintained, the engineering personnel have a certain space to play.

3. Grounding condition

In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the computer system, avoid parasitic capacitive coupling disturbance, and maintain equipment and personal safety, it is necessary to have an outstanding grounding system. In the grounding system, the grounding resistance is used to indicate the quality of the grounding, and the general grounding resistance is less than 5Ω.
