1. The power-on trip or the main power terminal part of the inverter shows a spark.

Detection method and discrimination: disconnect the power line, check whether the input terminal of the inverter is short-circuited, and check whether the DC side terminals P and N of the central circuit of the inverter are short-circuited. It may be due to a damaged rectifier or a short circuit in the central circuit.

2. There is no manifestation when the power is on

Detection method and discrimination: disconnect the power cord, check whether the power supply has phase loss or open circuit condition, if the power supply is normal, after powering on again, check whether there is voltage in the DC side terminals P and N of the central circuit of the inverter, and if the above check is normal, then judge whether the internal switching power supply of the inverter is damaged.

3. There is no output when the machine is turned on (the motor does not start)

Detection method and discrimination: Disconnect the output motor line, investigate the input frequency displayed on the inverter panel after turning on the machine again, and measure the AC output terminal at the same time. This may be due to incorrect inverter starting parameter settings or wiring of the running terminals, or it may be that the inverter is partially damaged or the motor is not properly linked to the inverter.

4. "Overvoltage" maintenance during operation, and the output of the inverter is aborted

Detection method and discrimination: to see whether the grid voltage is too high, or whether the motor load inertia is too large and the acceleration and deceleration time is too short to cause braking problems, please refer to Article 8.

5. "Overcurrent" maintenance during operation, and the output of the inverter is stopped

Detection method and discrimination: motor stall or excessive load. You can check the load condition or adjust the inverter parameters appropriately. If it does not work, it means that the inverter part is aging or damaged.

6. "Overheating" maintenance during operation, and the inverter aborts the output

Detection method and discrimination: depending on the different inverter configurations of various brands and models, it may be that the ambient temperature is too high and exceeds the promised limit of the inverter, check whether the cooling fan is running or the motor is overheated and causes maintenance to be closed.

7. "Grounding" maintenance during operation, and the output of the inverter is suspended

Detection method and discrimination: refer to the operation manual to check whether the inverter and motor are reliably grounded, or to measure whether the insulation of the motor is normal.

8. Braking problems (overvoltage maintenance)

Detection method and discrimination: If the motor load is indeed too large and needs to be parked in a short time, it is necessary to purchase an inverter with a braking unit and configure a braking resistor of appropriate power. If the braking function is already configured, it is possible that the braking resistor is damaged or the braking unit detection fails.

9. The inside of the inverter emits a rancid odor

Detection method and discrimination: Do not turn on the machine, it is likely that the main filter capacitor inside the inverter is damaged and leaking.

10. If the inverter parts are damaged, contact the supplier or send it to a professional maintenance center for processing.
