Three: insist that the operating current of the motor is not too large. The motor will be overloaded because of the excessive load, the voltage is too low or the driven machinery is stuck. Therefore, in the operation of the motor, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the transmission device is sensitive and reliable; whether the concentricity of the coupling is standardized; If it is found that there is a stuck phenomenon of gear transmission, it should be stopped immediately and the fault should be eliminated before operation.

Fourth: to regularly check and repair the control equipment of the motor to ensure its normal operation. The technical condition of the motor control equipment plays a decisive role in the normal start of the motor. Therefore, the control equipment of the motor should be located in a boring, ventilated and easy to operate position, and the dust should be removed regularly. Always check whether the contactor contacts, coil cores, and wiring screws are reliable, and whether the mechanical parts are sensitive, so that they can adhere to good technical conditions, so as to ensure that the motor operates smoothly and is not incinerated.

Fifth: always check whether the temperature and temperature rise of the motor in the operation are too high. Always check whether the motor bearing is overheated and lack of oil, and if you find that the temperature rise near the bearing is too high, you should stop the machine for inspection. Whether there are cracks, scratches or defects on the tumbling body and raceway surface of the bearing, whether the bearing void is too large and shaking, whether the inner ring rolls on the shaft, etc. With the above phenomenon, it is necessary to update the bearing.

Six: always check whether the three-phase current of the motor is balanced. For three-phase asynchronous motors, the difference between the average value of any phase current and other two-phase currents of the three-phase current is not allowed to exceed 10%, so as to ensure the safe operation of the motor. If it is exceeded, it indicates that the motor is faulty, and the cause should be found out and the fault should be eliminated before operation.

Look, smell, ask, cut.

A) Look: Investigate the surface for mechanical damage, (e.g., shaft breakage, shell rot.) Whether the surface color has turned yellow. (burned out)

B) Smell: Smell if there is any smell, the coil is burned out and there is a special smell. This is the starting way to tell whether a coil is good or bad.

C) Q: Ask the person who sent it, what is the reason why the motor is not moving, is it moving normally, it does not move suddenly, it still does not move as soon as it is turned on, it still does not move after smelling the smell, it still does not move after a long time of other sounds, etc. This is a way to avoid other problems and go straight to the cause. In short, you'll be able to find the door very quickly. Don't have to take a detour.

Inter-turn short circuit: Symptoms: Motor weakness and slower speed.

Leakage: It is caused by the terminal head touching the casing or coil insulation aging.

Bad bearing: Symptom: Axial movement of the shaft. Rolling with a grid. There is a stuck phenomenon.

The consequence of serious bearing damage is the sweeping.
