Problem description: The power supply of the Mitsubishi FX1N-60MR-001 has no display (the safety guard, filter, temperature protection element, and rectifier are damaged).

Inspection and repair: After the PLC is connected to the power supply, the power indicator (POWER light) does not light up, and there is no voltage output at the DC24V end. Turn off the power supply, open the machine shell, take out the power board, find the incoming wire wiring position of L and N, check the safe wire FUSE (5A) connected by the L line has been fused, check the next capacitor C1 (0.1μF/250V), the static measurement is not damaged, check the next filter L1 (7020R7), the measurement is now burned out, and then check the next capacitor C2 (0.047μF/630V), the static measurement is not damaged, and then check the L line protection part TH (10D-9), The measurement has been broken, and then check the rectifier bridge DS1 (D03SBA60), which is now damaged, and then check the DC filter capacitor C5 (120μF/400V), C6 (120μF/400V), and the static measurement is not damaged.

Preliminarily judge that the rectifier circuit of the machine is damaged, and replace the damaged wire FUSE (5A), filter L1 (7020R7), thermal protection part TH (10D-9), and rectifier bridge DS1 (D03SBA60), and use the diode of the multimeter to block the DC terminal (that is, the two ends of the capacitor C5 and C6) The forward direction (the positive capacitance of the meter pen) is infinite, and the reverse (the positive capacitance of the meter pen is negative) is 300 to 600, and the data is normal. That is, it is formed by the damage of the rectifier bridge or the entry of excessive voltage from the outside, and the possibility of defects in the post-stage circuit is small.

In order to be safe, the power supply is connected to L, N after the false load is connected, the output voltage of the power supply board is measured, DC5V and DC24V are normal, and the bulb that serves as the false load is not lit at the same time, the line has been corrected, the false load is removed and directly connected to the power test, and it has been recovered, and the heat engine test of the component is carried out for 1h, which is normal. There are no other faults in the whole machine test, and the machine is corrected.
