According to the nature of the measurement, sensors can be divided into three categories: physical sensors, chemical sensors and biosensors.
Physical sensor: It is a signal device that uses certain physical effects to convert the measured into a form of energy that is easy to process, and its output signal has a definite relationship with the input signal. Commonly used physical sensors include photoelectric sensors, piezoelectric sensors, electromagnetic sensors, thermoelectric sensors, optical fiber sensors, etc.
Chemical sensors: Sensors that are causally related to phenomena such as chemical adsorption and electrochemical reactions, and convert small changes in the measured signal into electrical signals. Commonly used sensors are gas, moisture, and ion.
Biosensors: devices that use biomolecules to explore information about biological responses. In other words, it uses the identification function of biological or living matter to combine with signal converters to transform the chemical and physical changes caused by biological reactions into electrical signals, optical signals, etc. Some people define a biosensor figuratively as: by a biometric unit. It can be seen that any biosensor has two functions, namely molecular identification and signal conversion.

The cause of drift in temperature and humidity sensors – Blessing
1. The temperature and humidity sensor will drift during use, which is impossible to avoid.
2. The fundamental reason for the drift is that all pressure sensors are based on the elastic deformation of a kind of material, no matter how outstanding the elasticity of the raw material is, after each elastic recovery, there will always be ...

Precautions for the installation of inclination sensors – we are blessed
1. The device mode of inclination sensor is divided into two types: horizontal device and vertical device, but whether it is a horizontal or vertical device, the sensor device surface should be parallel to the face of the measured object when installing, and the influence of dynamic and acceleration should be reduced at the same time.

Analysis of the causes of repairs encountered in encoders – Doublebless
1. Encoder self-failure: It refers to the failure of the encoder's own components, resulting in its inability to generate and output correct waveforms. In this case, the encoder needs to be replaced or the internal equipment repaired.
2. The encoder connection cable is faulty ...

The new WIS2 wireless sensing system is available
The use of robots that can exchange things requires high-speed movement and fast rotation. Conventional solutions for energy chains or slip rings lack the necessary flexibility with regard to this automation technology. Our wireless sensing system (WIS) enables non-contact in places where a fixed connection is not possible.

Industrial applications of rotary encoders
Rotary encoders are a class of sensors used to detect the angle of rotation and its derived mechanical parameters, including velocity and acceleration, etc., and can detect transmission movements such as rotation and linear lines. Due to its widespread use, rotary encoders convert mechanical inputs into electrical signals, which can be used by counters, tachometers, programmable...

The role and classification of safety barriers
In electrical intrinsic safety explosion-proof, we generally divide the workplace into explosion-proof areas and non-explosion-proof areas. There is the transmission of electrical energy between the explosion-proof area and the non-explosion-proof area, for example, the switches, buttons, sensors, etc. in the explosion-proof area are connected to the PLC placed in the electrical cabinet in the non-explosion-proof area through wires.
