1. Position with the sensor installation boss, and fix it on the metal plate with screws, nuts or pressing plates. When installing the sensor, it is strictly forbidden to car, drill and other processing of the shaft and shell to avoid the shaft or shell being subjected to external impact and pressure, and the axial and radial direction of the shaft is not allowed to be subjected to impact force and pressure (static pressure should be less than 300N). It is strictly forbidden to loosen the screws on the sensor and turn the position of the fastening ring.
2. When the sensor shaft is connected with other parts, it should be noted that the shaft line should be kept in a straight line (including the operation state), if there is a deviation in the shaft line, it is advocated to use universal joints or bellows and other adapters to avoid bending and deformation of the sensor shaft and damaging other devices, thus affecting the use.
3. The invasion of water droplets, vapors, solvents and corrosive gases on the sensor should be avoided, and metal chips or other powders should be avoided from entering the sensor.
4. The external wiring of the sensor should be welded at the waist groove of the lead end, and try not to weld it on the top of the lead end. No more than 45W electrochrome ferrochrome should be used during welding, and the welding time should be less than 5 seconds. The wire should not be pulled during soldering and uncooled to avoid the brush wire or the entire lead end being pulled out or even dropped.

Photoelectric switches for sensors
Photoelectric switches are what we generally call sensors. The definition of the sensor under the national standard GB7665-87 is: the equipment or device that can feel the specified measured parts and convert them into usable signals in accordance with certain rules, generally composed of sensitive elements and conversion elements.

Introduction to the throttle azimuth sensor – Doubleblessed
What is the function of the throttle orientation sensor?
The primary function of the throttle azimuth sensor is to detect whether the starting motor is in the idle condition or the load condition, and whether it is in the acceleration condition or the deceleration condition. The shaft of the resistor is linked to the throttle, it has two contacts: a fully open contact and an idle ...

Wiring of weighing strain gauge tension and compression sensors – we are in control
Strain gauge tension and compression load cells are available in two different input and output wiring methods:
The first is the four-wire connection method.
The load cell of the four-wire connection method has no special requirements for the secondary instrument panel, and it is very convenient to use, but when the cable is long, it is easy to be shaken by the operating temperature.

Our basic sensor detection method
1. Proximity sensing.
Proximity usually refers to exploration:
a. Whether the target exists.
The scale or abbreviated shape of an object.
Proximity sensors can be divided into touch, non-touch, and imitation. The choice of sensor depends on physical, environmental, and control conditions.

The reason why analogue sensors are interfered with – we are blessed
1. The PCB layout board touches the problem, and when the imitation signal is routed, the imitation signal is not wrapped with imitation, and it is even possible that the signal line and then directly go to the power line, which is easy to receive disturbances.
Solution: When it is a board, wrap the GND to imitate the signal line. If there is a model ...
