3. The force should be balanced during the device to prevent excessive mechanical force from deforming the bottom surface of the device and forming device errors. The sensor needs to be fixed firmly to prevent data jumps caused by shaking.

4. In addition to insisting that the sensor device surface is parallel to the face of the measured object, it is also necessary to insist that the sensing line is parallel to the axis of the measured surface, that is, there can be no angle between the two axes. In order to avoid unnecessary errors, the device surface should be completely close to the surface to be measured. The inclination sensor should pay strict attention to the "two sides" and "two lines" during the installation process, which helps to improve the accuracy of the data.

1) "Two sides" means that the device surface of the sensor device and the device surface of the measured object are completely close to each other (the device surface of the measured object should be as horizontal as possible), and there can be no angles. If it is uneven, it may cause errors in the device and form inclination measurement errors.

2) "Two lines" means that the sensor should measure the axial direction parallel to the measured direction as much as possible, and reduce the influence of dynamics and acceleration on the sensor, and the two axes should not have an angle. If the devices are not parallel, the interspersed shaft error will occur, resulting in an inclination measurement error that becomes larger.

5. It is forbidden to connect the power supply higher or lower than the standard voltage value on the sensor and do not disassemble the sensor without permission to avoid the loss of stability and protection of the product.

6. After the inclination sensor device is completed, it is necessary to look at the viewpoint value at that time, if the viewpoint value is not zero at that time, the relative zero point is set to the device, that is, the position of the device at that time is zero. Conventional inclination sensors have a built-in zero adjustment system. Customers can customize the zero adjustment button according to the requirements, and then complete a certain function of setting the zero point of view, that is, the zero button can be used to complete the zero function before the device is put into use, which is convenient for reading the point of view and reduces unnecessary errors.
